Upo request, we will return your orders in accordance with the seller’s return policy. All shipping fees to return the order will be paid by you. Once the seller receives the returned package and we have confirmed the refund, we will refund or credit the amount that was refunded for the returned order. Some vendors may deduct restocking fees and have the right to refuse your return.
This credit will be used before we invoice your credit card again. We will use the credit to pay for your next Personal Shopper order, shipping costs, or membership fee, etc..
No Personal Shopper service fee refunds will be returned back to your credit card. The Personal Shopper ordering fees are not refundable.
